Many patients wish to preserve their own teeth. While the use of dentures and implants are important treatment techniques, at Sekiguchi Dentistry Kawagoe, we focus on the preservation of a single tooth. First, we try to avoid removing the nerve of the tooth as much as possible. If a nerve is extracted, we perform “root canal therapy and endodontic treatment” to remove the infected material in the canal where the nerve passes through, which is inside the root of the tooth. This is done carefully using a dental microscope and loupe.

As a dentist for the past 20 years, I have worked hard to improve my knowledge and skills in dentistry.
